FAQ
Do I need an account to buy the VPN?
No. Pick a plan, pay with crypto and your VPN is ready on the same page: configuration files, QR codes and a login. No email, no phone, no KYC. Your private order link (saved in your browser) gives access to it later.
Which protocols are included?
All of them, on every plan: WireGuard (fastest), VLESS + Reality (looks like regular HTTPS, for networks that block VPNs) and OpenVPN over UDP or TCP on many ports (UDP 443, TCP 8080, 1194…). IKEv2 and L2TP also work with the same login.
How many devices can I use?
Up to 10 devices at the same time with one plan. Download one configuration per device, for any location.
Is there a bandwidth limit? How fast is it?
No data cap and no speed throttling: bandwidth is unlimited on every plan. Servers run on 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps ports, so your speed mostly depends on your own connection and the distance to the server; pick the closest location for the best speed. WireGuard is usually the fastest protocol. P2P / torrent traffic is supported for legal use.
Do you keep logs?
The VPN network runs a no-logs policy. On our side we never ask for an email or a name, and you pay with crypto: there is nothing to link the VPN to you.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Nano (XNO), NanUSD, Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), USDT and USDC on several networks and many more coins supported by Nanswap Pay.
How do I renew?
Open your order link and choose a period: it is added to the current end date, or starts now if the VPN already expired. Your credentials and configurations stay the same. The VPN does not renew by itself.
What is the NanVPN balance?
Some coins (Bitcoin, USDT on Tron…) have a minimum payment because of network fees. If your plan is below it, you pay the minimum and the difference is added to your NanVPN balance for your next renewal. It is kept in your browser with a balance key, is not withdrawable, and also works on NanProxy and NanSMS.
Can an AI agent or script buy a VPN?
Yes. The REST API lets any program list plans, order, pay the returned crypto address and download WireGuard, VLESS or OpenVPN configurations, with no API key. See the API page and /llms.txt.
